In 2022, the Centre for Humanitarian Leadership made great strides towards the new horizons that a more inclusive, resilient and innovative humanitarian sector demands. This has meant forging new pathways, with new partners, on our ongoing journey to develop a new generation of humanitarian leaders, discovering the ideas that will support these leaders in building a more just system, and bringing these to the world through enduring and inclusive dialogue.
The Annual Report explores many of our 2022 successes. These include our strategic pivot towards bespoke leadership training development for some of the world’s most impactful humanitarian organisations, and our ongoing expansion of the Diplôme d’Études Supérieures en Leadership Humanitaire (DESLH) course, which now accounts for 40 per cent of the Centre’s business, thanks to a record-breaking cohort in 2022 that doubled the student enrolments of previous years.
